Sneaker stores and restaurants are the new age art galleries for graphic artists from the Sound of Art, an organization that connects non-traditional artists to the art-buying public.
It's not that there is anything wrong with the MoMa or the Whitney, but to these artists, it's about bringing art to the masses.
